Canada – FREE shipping
United States – $20 CAD
International – $50 CAD
Order Processing
All orders placed on YULCY® will begin processing the following business day. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. YULCY® will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders will take 2-5 business days for shipping within Canada, 4-8 business days for shipping to the USA, and 7-12 business days for international shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
As an added security measure all orders shipped to Canada and the USA require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping
All domestic orders (Canada) are shipped via CANADA POST or PUROLATOR and all international orders are shipped via PUROLATOR. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking reference number via email. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.
If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, YULCY® is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, YULCY® is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Lost and Damaged Items
YULCY® is not liable for any damages incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyers' own risk. YULCY® does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Tracking Your Order
Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number.
